Gwyneth Young has been a licensed massage therapist since 1998. She graduated from Seattle Massage School after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval History from Mount Holyoke College. With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Gwyneth uses myofascial release and a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and help each patient return to the activities they enjoy. She believes every treatment should be individualized to meet each patient's unique needs and goals.
I had a very stiff neck for a week. I am an electrician who works overhead quite a bit. I called for Ben. He took good care of me; we made a care plan and he gave me some stretches and exercises to follow in between my appointments. Within a matter of 2 weeks I am back to 100% health and no longer have a stiff neck

Staff is all super nice and welcoming. Dr. McKay and Sarah are great;I have never went to a chiropractor and was nervous to try but wanted to recover quickly after a car wreck. He made me feel super comfortable and explained the treatment plan and im so glad I tried something other than physical therapy. They are thorough and do x rays and care about the issues with everyone. Sarah is the best massage therapist, she is amazing at what she does,super knowledgeable,and caring. She always finds the spots that are triggering my pain and I feel super comfortable with her. I Would recommend advanced chiropractic if your looking for a place that's great at what they do and care about your injury/pain.

Ben is an amazing chiropractor. I had a 20yo injury that was giving me grief and he was the only chiropractor that said, "I can do something about that." He used something called the Graston technique, and in just two visits I had more mobility and less pain in that right shoulder than I had since the injury twenty years ago. Thank you, Ben! I’m someone who doesn't trust any medical professional because of past bad experiences, which made me believe they are just trying to make money. I went to Advanced Chiropractic with a back issue. The office coordinator was friendly and answered all my questions politely. Dr. McCay did my back X-ray, explained his plan clearly, and helped me with my back pain afterward. I have a few appointments left that my insurance covers, and I will definitely go back to him for an annual check-up.

No drama. I wasn't a current patient and didn't care about going through insurance. I wanted treatment for debilitating, sharp lower back pain. I called in the morning and received a same-day appointment. The cost explanation was transparent. The intake form was thorough and asked relevant questions, eliminating the need to explain more. The nondescript office is conveniently located on a corner of Evergreen Way. I have driven by it for years and didn't notice it. Although nail and massage places surround Advanced Chiropractic, this office is all business. Patients came and went as I was treated; some were there for massage therapy. Dr. McCay was experienced and straightforward. I was confident upon meeting him that he would know how to treat me. I felt heard and understood. I will refer anyone who asks to Advanced Chiropractic.

Dr. McCay has fixed many issues with my back, ribs and joints throughout the many years that he's been my Chiropractor. I've also been seen by two of his LMT's for many years as well. They are very attentive to the needs of their patients and take the best course of action to alleviate my pain due to surgeries and accidents. The front office staff are always friendly, helpful and have I've never had any issues with billing. They were very knowledgeable when I had questions about my insurance, taking time to explain what my insurance covered and what I was responsible for. Oh, they also like Chocolate! So I came in very last minute on a Monday after being in extreme pain for months with the sciatic issues bad enough to have me hunched over a walker and still hard to move, I got to admit I was probably looking as rough as I was feeling. Anyways after that first adjustment I still had to use the walker to get you the car but that night I was finally able to take a nice leisurely walk that just let my body align back up and was rather refreshing, it is now Friday and still doing good. I highly recommend this place to anybody that has had back or sciatic issues, it has worked better for me than any doctor or meds I've seen or had so far.
